On 28 June 2011, the MDF signed grant contract with European Union represented by European Commission for implementation of the project "Support to Civil Society for Local Socioeconomic Development and Social Inclusion".
Grant Contract with EU Commission signed
The project is aimed to improve participatory role of all action support actors in process of local socioeconomic development and social inclusion of socially disadvantaged, Roma, youth, working inexperienced people and long term unemployed.
The project will be realised througout:
- Increase prospects of employment by providing adequate career guidance, counselling and referral to other institutions' employment initiatives within the local community.
- Improved educational/vocational skills and capacities through Vocational and Curriculum Training Programs
- More professional services on career guidance offered by MDF to socially disadvantaged based on human and intellectual capacity of MDF staff improved.
The implementation of the project wil last 12 month and will be realised in the following municipalities in Serbia: Kragujevac, Kraljevo, Krusevac, Cacak, Gornji Milanovac, Uzice, Nova Varos, Nis, Jagodina, Vrnjacka Banja, Knic, Batocina, Raca.
